A 'record' is created when a row in a data file is imported into Ipiphany.
Note that
Records can contain multiple Verbatim Text Fields.
You can choose to analyze datasets using all one, some or all Verbatim Text fields
When analyzing Datasets all statistics are reported at the Record Level (not at the verbatim level)
