URL Domain Change
The URL of the login page has changed from login.ipiphany.ai to app.ipiphany.ai.
Any existing links or bookmarks to login.ipiphany.ai will be automatically redirected to the new URL so you can continue to use these temporarily
Your username and password have not changed but they will need to be re-entered the first time you log in after the update.
If you use a password manager, you will need to update it with the new URL.
If you had Ipiphany open during the update, you won't see a change, but if you refresh the page you will be prompted to re-enter your password.
Tip - We suggest you update any bookmarks or links over the next few months to point to app.ipiphany.ai
Other Changes
A 'Frequency/Score/Impact' option is now available for the 'Metric' of a Painpoint & Highlight Analysis. This allows you to display all 3 values in the report which can be useful for printing and presentation scenarios.
Both Frequency and Frequency % now display by default in the Explain Tab's Table in the Preview Panel
