Topic Patterns Excluded from Painpoints & Highlights Report

Patterns directly added to Topic type Insights are excluded from the Painpoints & Highlights report. This helps to make the ratio of Painpoints & Highlights in each topic comparable.

In the below screenshot, it is clear that 'Flight Timeliness' has more records containing Painpoints than 'Staff'. Prior to this change that may not have been the case.

For example, let's say you have a Topic 'Website' which has the Concept pattern added to it of 'Channel/Online/Website'. This Topic has the Painpoint 'Slow Website' and the Highlight 'Good Website Information' as its children. Prior to this change, the frequency returned for the Topic 'Website' when viewing the Painpoints & Highlights report would have included all the records that mention anything to do with the website. Now, its frequency will only include records that mention the website being slow or having good information.

Other Changes

  • Key Examples are now filtered by all pattern types excluding Dates. The Key Examples that show should now always be relevant to your current selection unless they occurred in a different time period.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where you were not redirected to the home screen when a dataset could not be found

  • Fixed the Ipiphany logo not displaying correctly in some notification emails

  • Fixed 'On Hold' datasets being allowed to be reprocessed

  • Fixed an error that could return when exceeding 1000 datasets in an account

  • Fixed a dataset processing error that could occur for updated ontologies
