Ipiphany now supports purging data by Record Key as well as some improvements to Editing Analyses
Purge Data by Record Key
In addition to purging data by filter query, you can now upload a list of Ipiphany Record Keys you wish to delete.
When you download data from Ipiphany we include a new Ipiphany Record Key column, from which you can create a purge key text file for use in the Purge Data function.
Learn more in the Purge Function guide.
Improved Editing of Analyses
We have made it easier to see which Concepts are included in an Analysis and to find the Categories where they are used
Easily Searchable Analyses
When editing an Analysis you can now easily search for categories matching a search phrase or containing a specific pattern.
1) Typing text into the search box will filter the categories to those where the label, child category or aspect match the search phrase.
2) Dragging a Pattern chip onto the search box will filter to those categories containing the pattern (or its parent pattern in the case of Concepts).
Child Concepts now show as used (light gray)
Now if you include a Concept in your analysis, all child sub-concepts will also display in gray. We use the shade of gray to differentiate between those concepts you directly include (dark gray) and those child concepts that are inferred (light gray)
Other Changes
Export Records now includes the Ipiphany Record Key as a column
